Transformative journeys, such as those to the Galapagos, are becoming increasingly popular. These are more than simple vacations — they provide opportunities for self-discovery and reflection. Travelers seek a deep connection with nature, aiming to re-evaluate their values and discover new perspectives. Often, such trips also encourage participation in environmental or cultural projects, inspiring a stronger commitment to preserving the planet or supporting local communities.

The Galapagos Islands, part of Ecuador, offer a unique chance to experience an untouched ecosystem. Located about 1,000 km from the Ecuadorian mainland in the Pacific Ocean, this archipelago of 19 islands is famous for its wildlife and served as a key inspiration for Charles Darwin's theory of evolution. The islands are a UNESCO World Heritage site and are protected as a national park.
